About Fukuyama University

After retiring from the Ministry of Education, Chancellor Shigeru Miyachi founded Fukuyama University in 1975 with the aim of not only educating students through a single-minded focus on studies, but also cultivating students who would seek mindfulness and practice reason and justice in their lives.
